Thanks for visiting our website.

FORMER CLIENTS: I am no longer available for any sort of website design or consultation. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I would like to refer you to Terry @ 5 Corners Design Group. I have talked to Terry and he is certainly willing to assist any of my former clients.

Thanks for your understanding.

CLIENT SUPPORT LINKS

FORMER CLIENTS:

If you need to renew your hosting and I provided you hosting, it was done through www.ipowerweb.com - Please contact them to renew your hosting plan. Please make sure you double check that your billing information and administrator's email is up to date with them as this is their only means of contacting you. Prior to closing we will update all the information for clients (to the best of our ability) to avoid domain names from expiring. Make sure to record in your calendar when you must renew your domain/hosting package. You will need a credit card to purchase your hosting plan online.

In addition, if you have any problems with your hosting package, please contact www.ipowerweb.com  at 1-888-511-4678. They also have an extensive help section at: http://helpcenter.ipowerweb.com/cgi-bin/ipowerweb.cfg/php/enduser/home.php?p_sid=DMYAISki

DOMAIN NAMES and RENEWALS
In almost all cases where your hosting package was provided through ipowerweb.com, your domain name is likely registered there as well. Unless you initiated a change of registrar. You can always contact iPowerWeb to clarify who is the registrar of your domain name.

If you are using a paid service - site add on - from BRAVENET (like calendars, etc). The website is www.bravenet.com and it is through this website that you must renew any annual services. You would have been given a password and username to login to the account I created for you and you can use that to check your account standing and the dates that any service is due to expire.

YOUR CONTROL PANEL

Your control panel for your website is located at www.yourdomainname.com/vdeck. You may never need to access your control panel but if you do ipowerweb has tutorials and I have included the link below.

You will be prompted to login. You will have been given the username and password information. If you do not have this information, contact www.ipowerweb.com and request it.

Once you are in your control panel (vdeck) use extreme caution to not corrupt your website. If you do not know what you are doing here, it would be best to consult a web designer and pass along your login information and tell them what you need done.

You can find various tutorials for using the vdeck at: http://support.ipower.com/index.php?id=4
